Seagate Shipyard, a Dubai-based real estate company, has revealed the sale of a Dh20 million mobile floating house for businessman Palfinder Sahani, better known as "Abu Sabah".

The company explained to "Emirates Today" that the sale took place during a ceremony held by the company, today, at the "Armani Burj Khalifa" hotel, to announce the launch of the "Floating Sea Palace" project, which includes six houses, including the one that was sold to Sahani.

The company added that the completion rate of the floating house that was sold reached 95%, to be launched in the waters of the Dubai Marina "Dubai Marina" next month, indicating that the house was designed in the form of a moving glass boat that can move from one place to another safely. It works by means of propulsion motors equipped with a "hydraulic" system that resists wave movements, which gives a greater sense of comfort while on the move.
