Magdeburg (dpa / sa) - The members of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament are meeting today (9:00 a.m.) in Magdeburg for their last regular meeting.

One of the items on the agenda is a debate about corona vaccinations.

The coalition groups CDU, SPD and Greens want all tested and suitable vaccines to be used in order to make progress with immunization to combat the pandemic.

Excluding a vaccine for use in Germany for industrial or geopolitical reasons could not be considered.

The left is also explicitly in favor of the Russian corona vaccine Sputnik V.

Further topics in the state parliament are the mandatory corona rapid tests in schools and the lobby register.

One of the goals of the Left is that, in future, the exact amount of income and other considerations for secondary activities of the MPs will be made public.
