The statement added that the offender was accused of perpetrating that crime, and embracing a terrorist method in which blood, money, honor and breach of covenants are permitted. He was sentenced to death with the crime of harba, and the verdict was upheld by the competent Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided and supported by its reference against the aforementioned offender.

The statement added that the death sentence was carried out today in Jeddah, in the Makkah region.
