Saudi Arabia clarifies the places of ihram for pilgrims to perform Hajj and Umrah

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia revealed six places from which pilgrims are forbidden before the start of the Hajj and Umrah rituals.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah clarified on its account on “Twitter”, where “guests of the merciful are forbidden” from, and the places came as follows:

- Miqat of Dhul-Hulaifa:


It is the miqat of the people of Medina, and everyone who comes to it from other than its inhabitants, and it is about 18 km away from it, and about 420 km from Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

The Miqat of Al-Juhfa:


It is the Miqat for the people of the Levant, Egypt, Sudan, and all the countries of the Maghreb, and it is about 186 km away from Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

The Miqat of Qarn Al Manazil:


It is the Miqat of the people of Najd, the Arab Gulf states and beyond, and it is approximately 74 km away from Makkah Al Mukarramah.

- The Miqat of Yalamlam:


It is the Miqat of the people of Yemen, and everyone who passes by that road, and the Miqat was named by this name in relation to Jabal Yalamlam, and it is about 130 km away from Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

Miqat Dhat Irq:


It is the Miqat for the people of Iraq and beyond, and it is about 110 km away from Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

- The meeqaat for the people of Makkah: The


people of Makkah are forbidden from their homes or the Sacred Mosque if they wish, except for Umrah, then they have to go out to the solution and be forbidden from it.
