His Highness inaugurated the service in a virtual ceremony via visual communication, and on the sidelines of the graduation of a first batch of doctors who completed a qualification course for the new service. His Highness also watched an introductory film about the service, how to apply to it and the target groups of doctors.
This service, which was developed based on the directives of the government, to design and develop services that affect the quality of life for customers, meet their needs, exceed their expectations and achieve their happiness.
The new service "Bin Wraika" provides a certain category of doctors with specific specialties when called upon by hospitals for extreme emergencies, with the aim of facilitating their access to hospitals (by their private cars), by granting them facilities and exceptions on the road as quickly as possible, while ensuring their safety and the safety of road users, And to avoid any delay as a result of traffic congestion, and to ensure that workers in the medical sector respond to their vital work, and adhere to the highest safety standards during emergency response to their workplaces.
The Director General of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier Nasser Khadim Al-Kaabi, explained that this service was named after (Saeed bin and his team Al-Amri), one of the companions of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan (Zayed the First), and he is one of his close associates, and he excelled «Bin and his team On folk medicine, he became famous as "folk doctor."
He stressed that the service is applied in hospitals or accredited health authorities to receive patients whose health condition requires a rapid response from doctors, or in emergency medical cases or partial or general bans, or in cases of traffic congestion or obstruction of traffic, or when calling a doctor from the emirate to Other.
