They noted that the response to the overgrowth, sent on August 27, "has not yet been received."
The new request reportedly asks for additional explanations from the attending physicians, information and copies of documents relating to Navalny's treatment and examination.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Western partners in the situation with Navalny went beyond reason.
The minister noted that Russia does not yet have legal grounds to open a criminal case on this incident, and that is why on August 27 the Prosecutor General's Office requested legal assistance from Germany.
On September 11, the Prosecutor General's Office of Berlin announced that they had received a request for legal assistance to Russia to obtain information about Navalny with his consent.
