China News Service, March 23. According to the TASS news agency, on the 22nd local time, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov told reporters that Russia could not stand the US establishment of a biological laboratory on Ukrainian territory that has the prospect of developing biological weapons components.

"The problems we've been talking about for a long time have come to light, the scale of which is simply intolerable," Ryabkov said.

On the same day, the Russian Duma decided to set up a committee to investigate the activities of Ukrainian biological laboratories, and expressed the hope that other countries would also investigate the work of biological laboratories.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova said that Russia asked Ukraine and the United States to provide data on military biological experiments in Ukraine and to resolve this issue.

The Russian side also stated that in response to the fact that the United States has military biological activities in Ukraine, it does not rule out the launch of a consultation mechanism within the framework of the Biological Weapons Convention.
