According to RIA Novosti, the meeting will be attended by Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Dmitry Afanasyev, head of the Department for Training, Professional Development and Welfare of Teachers of the Ministry of Education of Russia Alexei Blaginin and a number of experts.
Earlier it was reported that Russia intends to withdraw from the Bologna process and move on to the creation of a domestic education system.
Deputy head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia Dmitry Afanasiev said that the rejection of the Bologna system in the country will be accompanied by a transition period.
He added that a professional and expert discussion would be required to draw up a national system.
