"The main tasks for achieving these benchmarks are ... creating conditions for mutual supplies of vaccines and other medicines, organizing their joint production and exchange of appropriate technologies," the document, published on the Kremlin's website, says.
The head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin said earlier that the parties had reached an agreement on the localization of production in Vietnam of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine.
