The law on providing access to socially significant sites without charging a fee came into force.
These resources include the portal of State Services, websites of government agencies and local governments, state non-budgetary funds of Russia.
The list of sites is formed by the government.
The new law amended Art.
54 of the Federal Law "On Communications".
Now subscribers of telecom operators when accessing these sites will not pay for data transmission services.
The conditions for providing access, including technical indicators, will be established by the rules for the provision of communication services.
