Russia, a surge in luxury car sales: 3 out of 7 brands are Italian

Since the beginning of the year, in spite of the crisis and sanctions, sales of luxury cars in Russia have increased by 11%. The best-selling is the Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class (464 cars sold), in second place is Maserati (310 cars sold), followed by Bentley (159 cars sold). Of the seven best-selling luxury car brands, three are Italian. In addition to Maserati in the ranking there are also Lamborghini (29 cars sold) and Ferrari (22 cars sold). According to statistics, 70% of the luxury cars were purchased by wealthy residents of Moscow and its province.
