The department recommends that if the epidemiological situation in localities worsens in order to prevent the spread, prevention and control of infections caused by COVID-19, “it is advisable to carry out preventive disinfection of objects in open spaces of settlements and public places in multi-apartment residential buildings”.
It is recommended to disinfect sidewalks, benches, platforms at the entrances to buildings and external doors, handrails, ballot boxes, public transport stops, kiosks, public toilets and other surfaces in the city.
In apartment buildings, as noted in the recommendations, the entrances, vestibules, corridors, elevators, stairs and garbage chutes should be decontaminated.
