According to the press service, as part of the tests, Starliner did not make a single flight without comment.

“Therefore, it is premature to talk about the possibility of the flight of Russian cosmonauts on it,” TASS quotes the message.

Earlier, the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said that Russia plans to launch all of its Proton rockets.
