80,000 euros in banknotes were stolen during the robbery of an armored van on Monday in Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis).

The vehicle was parked in front of the Western Union branch in town when the theft took place.

Two individuals on motorcycles then arrived with a bang, says Actu Seine-Saint-Denis.

One of them dismounted and threatened with his firearm one of the two cash transport agents who came out of the agency with two bags of cash.

The thief grabbed them before getting back on the powerful motorcycle, which immediately restarted.

A super-fast robbery

The Banditry Repression Brigade (BRB) of the police headquarters was entrusted with the investigation opened to shed light on the robbery.

This one was particularly quick.

The two fleeing thieves could not be immediately located.
