RIA Novosti: The Prosecutor General's Office through the court returned to the budget of the sanatorium in the south of Russia

According to him, the Gagarinsky District Court satisfied the claims of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The lawsuit has been pending since February 2022.

According to the source, 34 sanatorium-resort institutions, which consist of 1,763 real estate objects, were seized from the property of trade unions and unscrupulous purchasers in favor of the state.

The source said that 96 defendants and 206 third parties were involved in the case.
