Qinghai Province must deeply learn the lessons of the accident and earnestly implement it.
According to the "Measures for the Supervision of the Investigation and Handling of Major Accidents", the State Council Safety Committee decided to supervise the investigation and handling of this major accident.
Qinghai Province should promptly organize relevant departments to support the Qinghai Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau to carry out accident investigations, quickly identify the cause of the accident, and strictly Research and put forward handling opinions according to the requirements of accident investigation regulations.
Before the accident case is closed, the accident investigation report (unfinalized) shall be submitted to the Office of the State Council Security Committee for review and approval, and Qinghai Province shall be responsible for reviewing and closing the case and publishing it to the public.
After the case is closed, the implementation of the accident investigation report and accident handling decision shall be promptly reported to the Office of the State Council Security Committee for the record.
