  The document stipulates that Russia can use nuclear weapons under the following circumstances, that is, when using nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction against Russia and allies; when non-nuclear aggression against Russia threatens the existence of Russia and the Russian nuclear counterattack force; it receives Russian territory Or (and) when the territory of the Russian Allies will be attacked with accurate information on ballistic missile attacks; when Russia’s extremely important country or military installation is affected by the enemy, causing the Russian nuclear strike force to be paralyzed.
