Liu Donghai, deputy chief of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department, said that since the launch of the "cut-off" project of public security organs across the country, the Qinghai public security organs, under the command of the Ministry of Public Security, have carried out two separate operations on June 14 and July 17, 2021.
