Public Administration, from 15 October back to work in the presence, Draghi signs the Dpcm

September 24, 2021 The ordinary way of working in Public Administrations from October 15 returns to being in presence.

The Dpcm signed by the Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, foresees it.

The PA will ensure that the return in presence takes place in safe conditions, in compliance with the anti Covid-19 measures.

"With the signature of the Prime Minister Mario Draghi of the decree that stops agile work as an ordinary way of carrying out work in the Public Administration, the era of a new normality opens up and the framework started with the extension of the 'green pass obligation to the whole world of work: from 15 October, public employees will return in the presence, and in safety. With a subsequent ministerial decree, I will provide specific operational indications so that the return to the offices is respectful of the measures to combat Covid-19 and consistent with the sustainability of the transport system ": Renato Brunetta, Minister for Public Administration, underlines this in a statement.

"In the meantime, negotiations are underway for the renewal of public contracts, which will guarantee, once concluded, a timely regulation of smart working. Furthermore, by January 31, 2022, each administration will have to present the integrated plan of activities and organization, within which the Pola will converge for agile work ", adds Brunetta.

"With the rules and with the organization, true smart working will finally be able to take off, structured, anchored to objectives and monitoring of results, which treasures the best aspects of the emergency experience and which ensures the efficiency of services, essential for supporting the recovery of the country, and the satisfaction of citizens and businesses: my beacon ", concludes the minister.
