Prohibition of student flats during graduation: "Strange when we are allowed to sit in the same classroom"

During the week, student planning started at Dragonskolan in Umeå.

Representatives from each class have, in consultation with the principal, been able to share their wishes prior to the student celebration.

- We try to listen to our students as best we can, says Henrik Bolin, coordinator of the Dragon School.

The corona pandemic has limited another year of student celebrations.

One week ago, the Västerbotten Region issued information that no relatives may be present during the students' traditional origins.

It is also forbidden with student flats.

- We can only do the best of things, says Alice Königsson, student at Dragonskolan.
