The president of the Hauts-de-France region and presidential candidate Xavier Bertrand (ex-LR) was the guest of Sonia Mabrouk on Monday, in the morning of Europe 1. He reaffirmed that he would not participate to a possible primary of the right and the center.

"In no case", answers Xavier Bertrand.

"The primary is not my business," continues the president of the Hauts-de-France region.

"I think that the common sense of the French will enlighten the policy and that in the end, there will be only one candidate from the right and the center".
