From July to the end of the year, pre-subscriptions for 3,200 apartments for public sale are in progress in the 3rd new towns and major residential areas in the metropolitan area, including Gyeyang, Incheon.
About half of the pre-subscription volume, 14,000 units, is supplied to the newlyweds' hope town for newlyweds and others.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport conducts pre-subscription for a total of 3,200 units by tying 4 to 11 districts at a time from July to the end of the year four times.
Advance subscription for 16,000 units, excluding 14,000 units for newlywed hope towns, is conducted in accordance with the criteria for selecting tenants of public pre-sale housing.
