　　25 provinces have 27.507 million poor migrant workers, accounting for 100.79% of the total migrant workers last year, an increase of 13.3066 million from March 6 and an increase of 48.76 percentage points. Among them, the province's foreign workers were 10,037,900, the provincial counties' foreign workers were 4,704,400, and the county's migrant workers were 12,498,400, accounting for 99.75%, 101.54%, and 101.32% of last year's total respectively. A total of 1.0463 million people with willingness to go out to work were found. There are 17 provinces with more migrant workers in 2020 than in last year: Hebei, Shanxi, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Henan, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang. The 52 listed Duzhan counties had 2,734,200 migrant workers in 2020, accounting for 107.45% of the number of migrant workers last year.

Poverty Alleviation Public Welfare Posts

　　The poverty alleviation public welfare posts in 22 provinces in the central and western regions have placed 4.849 million poor people, including 1.716 million forest rangers, 970,600 public welfare posts for photovoltaic poverty alleviation, 290,400 road guards, and 175,300 other posts.

Poverty alleviation projects started

　　The 22 provinces in the central and western regions arranged 415,500 poverty alleviation projects, 370,300 projects were started, and the operating rate was 89.92%, an increase of 260,400 from March 6 and an increase of 57.85 percentage points. There are 5 provinces with operating rates higher than 95%: Xinjiang, Henan, Anhui, Shanxi, and Shaanxi.
