Today (17th) at dawn in Incheon, 60s who touched the waterworks under the road lost their lives. Although the work is not finished, it seems that water has not escaped as it enters the water supply pipe.
Reporter Han So-hee has been to the field.

is a road near Bupyeong-gu Office Station on Line 7 of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
The water pouring from the water supply pipes is filled with potholes under the road.
It was discovered today at around 0:50 AM that a 62-year-old Im Mo, who was welding waterworks, was found dead.
The worker who was looking for a water pipe leak was found missing from the water that was under the water pipe.
To prevent water from entering during work, a water barrier was installed to close the inlet and temporary piping to bypass the water supply.
[Coworker: He was a hard worker ... .It's because there's only one water burst.] The
police are investigating why the water barrier wasn't working properly and how safety rules were followed during the construction process.
