Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN discussed the problem of food security with Guterres

“The issues of international food security were discussed in the context of geopolitical tensions and sanctions pressure,” the website of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reports.

Rybakov conveyed to Guterres a personal message from President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to the General Secretary. 

Earlier, at a meeting of the UN Security Council, Guterres announced the need to return products and fertilizers from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine to world markets.
