Osaka's theme park USJ = "Universal Studios Japan" has announced that it will raise the maximum price of a one-day ticket to 9800 yen including tax from the end of October.

The operating company says that it is a measure to alleviate congestion during the busy season, and it is undecided whether this price will be maintained after that.

Since 2019, the operating company of "Universal Studios Japan" has introduced a variable admission fee that takes into consideration the degree of congestion. It is 9400 yen.

Under these circumstances, the operating company has decided to raise the maximum price for this period to 9800 yen, considering that late October is the most crowded time of the year for events related to Halloween.

A 1-day pass for a "child" aged 4 to 11 will be reduced from the current 6,300 yen to 6,500 yen.

On the other hand, it is undecided whether this price will continue after that.

The operating company of "Universal Studios Japan" commented, "The decision was made based on the leveling of congestion, etc., and we would like to increase the experience value for visitors."
