Russia is ready to supply more both food and fertilizer, but it is very difficult to do this because of the logistics destroyed by the sanctions,” he said.
At the same time, the assistant to the President of Russia recalled that the United States, realizing the problem, even decided at one time to lift sanctions on Russian fertilizers.
