  The Ministry of Transport predicts that during the May 1st holiday, there are several sections of highways across the country that are prone to congestion and slow traffic: G1 Beijing-Harbin Expressway Hebei Tangshan section, G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway Henan Xinxiang and Zhengzhou section, G15 Shenhai Expressway, Jiangsu Nantong and Suzhou section, Shenzhen, Guangdong, etc.

The toll stations that are expected to be prone to congestion and slow movement are: G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway Hunan Changsha Yuhua Toll Station, G25 Changshen Expressway Hangzhou South Toll Station, G1503 Shanghai Ring Expressway and Shanghai Gaodong Toll Station.

  According to the relevant notice of the State Council of China, during the May 1st holiday in 2021, toll roads across the country will continue to be exempted from tolls for small passenger vehicles.
