On May 21st, two semi-open nucleic acid detection "square cabin" sampling rooms with 44 sampling stations and a total area of 360 square meters were officially put into use in T1 and T2 terminals of Pudong Airport. Efficiently carry out the sampling work of the large passenger flow to prepare for Shanghai Airport's recovery of passenger flow.

At the end of spring and early summer, Shanghai is about to usher in extreme weather such as high temperatures, thunderstorms, and typhoons. After strict preliminary demonstrations, Shanghai Customs has finally decided to build a sampling point on the air side of the terminal floor of the terminal building, and built a new bio-safety Required standardized shelter sampling room.

The sampling room of the square cabin fully considers the requirements of “three areas and two channels” of biological safety, and the site is divided into contaminated areas, semi-contaminated areas and clean areas according to the working conditions; a positive air flow is formed on the sampling staff side with a fresh air system to ensure the safety needs of the staff ; Separate staff and passenger entrances and exits to form two relatively independent personnel flows to avoid cross-contamination; separate sample collection, waste disposal and other flow lines from the flow of people to control environmental pollution.

The reconstructed sampling room has the characteristics of being extensible, replicable, and popularizable on the basis of ensuring biological safety. On the basis of the existing structure unchanged, it can respond to the sampling needs of large passenger flows by expanding standardized work stations. With the increasing call for resumption, the sampling point scheme as a model project can be replicated and extended to other restricted ports in the sampling area in parallel, so as to prepare for the Shanghai port to welcome passenger flow recovery.
