According to NTT East, it has become difficult to connect to landlines in Tokyo for more than two and a half hours after 8 am on the 19th.
The difficult situation was resolved around 10:50 am.
On the 19th, NTT is investigating that the cause is unknown because there is no restriction on incoming calls to all landlines in Tokyo due to reservations for vaccination with the new coronavirus.
