NTT Docomo Communication failure in Kyushu and parts of Chugoku region May 30 16:07
According to NTT Docomo, from 1 pm on the 30th, there is a problem in smartphones such as Kyushu and some parts of the Chugoku region where it is not possible to send and receive emails or connect to the Internet.
With approximately 6 million users affected, the company is rushing to identify the cause and recover.
NTT DoCoMo says, "We are inconvenience to our customers. We are currently working on the recovery work, so we appreciate your understanding."
