Kasper Fosser started in Sunday's World Cup sprint relay in Kolding, Denmark, where he won a Norwegian bronze medal behind the winner Sweden and second place Great Britain.

The Swedish team will start with eight runners.

The knockout sprint has the same structure as the cross-country ski sprint with a prologue followed by the quarterfinals, semi and finals.
