Luka Doncic delivered a triple-double record Tuesday against the Kings, giving the Mavericks their first victory since the resumption of the NBA season in Florida, where the Suns have paid off the Clippers to the buzzer.

At 21, the young Slovenian became the youngest player in North American league history to stack a triple-double with a minimum of 30 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists in a game. Doncic totaled 34 points, took 20 rebounds and offered 12 assists to lead the Mavs to victory (114-110), at the end of the suspense, against Sacramento, and put Dallas back on track in the Western Conference.

This is the first success for Dallas since the resumption of the NBA season on July 31 in the Disney bubble in Orlando, Florida.

Behind Doncic, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Kristaps Porzingis assisted well, with 22 points each.

"It wasn't our best game, far from it," Doncic said, but "we fought, we hung on, we helped each other, we never gave up. We needed to this victory ".

The Mavs are 7th in the West (41v-29d). For the Kings on the other hand, the chances of qualifying for the play-offs are slim after three defeats since the resumption and a distant 13th place.

- Phoenix wants its place in the sun -

The Phoenix Suns are warm in Florida: three matches and three victories, the last of which was buzzed against the 2nd in the West, the Clippers (117-115), thanks to a basket signed Devin Booker, allow them to keep a hope for qualifying for the playoffs.

Booker was king of the Suns on Tuesday with 35 points on the clock, 4 rebounds and 8 assists. In addition to the 23-year-old, Deandre Ayton (19 points) and Ricky Rubio (18) were the top scorers for Phoenix.

Phoenix, 12th, is not far from 9th place, which this season can be synonymous with a play-off against 8th (provided that 4 or less wins separate the two teams).

“Coming into the bubble, we said we wanted to make some noise,” Booker said. "We want to be that team that goes under the radar, that works hard and that plays hard. That's what we did tonight."

- Luwawu-Cabarrot on fire for the Nets -

In the East, the Brooklyn Nets delayed the crowning of the Milwaukee Bucks as the No. 1 seed (goal assured in the West by the Lakers) with a surprise victory 119 to 116.

French Nets Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot broke his NBA points record with 26 units, including an award-winning basket late in the game, to install the Nets in 7th place.

This is the second consecutive loss for the leading Bucks after that against Houston on Sunday. But Milwaukee (54v-14d) will have another chance to secure first place in the East on Thursday against the Miami Heat (4th).
