Previously, the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau sorted out 85 coal mines that had incomplete procedures and were unable to carry out normal production or could not reach production due to the influence of grass land, etc., and promptly transferred them to the inter-ministerial coordination mechanism for coal, electricity, oil and gas transportation to speed up the resolution of procedures.
At present, 60 of the 85 coal mines have achieved normal production, with a production capacity of 176 million tons per year.
According to Sun Qingguo, most of the coal mines that have not resumed work and production at present are mines with substandard safety conditions and weak safety foundations. At present, 41 coal mines that have temporarily stopped production due to safety reasons have been coordinated and resolved. On the premise of ensuring safety, the resumption of work according to standards will be accelerated. The production capacity was restored to 48.75 million tons/year.
