The accused accepted the proposed sentence

The defendant accepted the sentence proposed by the prosecution during an appearance on prior admission of guilt "for threat of death on a person entrusted with a public service mission and willful violence in a school having caused temporary incapacity for work ( ITT) less than 8 days ", said the public prosecutor of Nancy François Pérain.

A “ban on appearing” in the school establishment and “coming into contact with the victims” was also served on him by a judge, he said.
