The Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament, Dr. Ali Abdel-Al, asked the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, Mortada Mansour, to calm down all the time, during the session of the Egyptian Parliament, to express approval of the draft law regulating the affairs of medical professions members and increasing the allowance for medical professions risks, and opening an additional account for the budget.

The Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament had received previous communications in order to lift the immunity of Mortada Mansour in order to be subjected to an investigation, especially in the report submitted by Al-Ahly Club Chairman Mahmoud Al-Khatib.

Parliament Speaker Dr. Ali Abdel-Al, according to what was published on Egyptian websites, cared for Mortada Mansour during the session, where he told him: "I hope you will keep this calm along."

Parliament Speaker Murtada Mansour said during a previous session: "Murtada, I hope that you give your tongue leave after the elections," which the Zamalek president has commented on, saying: "As for the tongue leave ... we will try, God willing."
