More than 5 thousand cases of coronavirus recorded in Mexico per day

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Health of the country, Hugo Lopez-Gatel, on Twitter.

The total number of deaths in Mexico was 86,059.

Since the start of the pandemic, 615,680 patients with COVID-19 have recovered in the country.

On October 17, the total number of coronavirus cases in Mexico increased by 6,751 to 841,661.
