The German "Business Daily" quoted the latest policy advice document of the Robert Koch Institute on the same day and pointed out that Germany has officially begun to enter the fourth wave of the new crown epidemic.
It is reported that the person in charge of the institute, Willer, has introduced the main contents of the document to the heads of the government offices of the German states, including detailed suggestions for the direction of the German epidemic prevention policy this autumn and winter.

The Robert Koch Institute stated in its weekly epidemic report that the proportion of new crown infections caused by travel in Germany is increasing.
Among them, from June 28 to July 25, a total of 3,662 confirmed cases are considered to be possibly related to travel abroad. The most involved countries are Spain, Turkey, the Netherlands, Croatia and Greece.
However, most of the new cases in the same period were still infected in Germany, accounting for 81%.
The agency said that the significantly more infectious Delta strain currently accounts for 91% of the newly confirmed cases in Germany, that is, nine out of every ten people diagnosed are infected with the Delta strain.
