During a visit to the Republic of India's pavilion in the "Opportunities" area, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was briefed on what India offers in a mixture that reflects its ancient civilization, its great aspirations towards the future and the rapid growth of its economy, which is estimated at $2.5 trillion.

During the visit, His Highness watched the pavilion's display of the customs and traditions of the people of India, who number more than 1.3 billion people, with a unique social fabric consisting of more than 700 tribes and communities, as well as India's great contributions in the field of advanced technology and space exploration programs.

The four-storey pavilion focuses on five core themes: talent, commerce, tradition, tourism and technology.

The pavilion provides a comprehensive presentation of India's great balance in the fields of culture, arts and creativity, as well as the distinction of its natural environment, in addition to reviewing the features of the great development of India's economy and the various investment opportunities it offers, especially in the technology sector in which India has achieved remarkable progress at the global level. .

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also visited the pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, also located in the "Opportunities" area, where he was briefed on what the pavilion offers under the slogan "Hidden Treasure", as it displays one of the oldest civilizations, in addition to highlighting the natural environment and features The unique geography of Pakistan, which includes the 10 highest mountains in the world, and promotes its economic opportunities and investment attractiveness.

During the visit, His Highness listened to an explanation about the areas that the pavilion is exposed to, including sustainable development, technology, sports, culture, arts and heritage. As part of a journey that takes visitors between Pakistan's past, present and future, and celebrates its industries and natural resources.

The Pakistan Pavilion, which is Pakistan's largest overseas presence beyond its borders, focuses on discovering and promoting the tourism and investment sectors through a series of screens displaying interactive videos designed to inspire the visitor to witness a digital experience of Pakistan from ancient civilization to modern times.
