The IT giant Microsoft has just introduced four new products into its Surface range. On the program: new wireless headphones, a laptop and a hybrid.
Surface Book 3
In the very high-end, we will thus find the Surface Book 3, a portable computer with a detachable screen available in two versions (13 "and 15"), which includes components from high-end models. At the processor level, there will be a latest generation i5 or i7. As for the graphics card, this will vary depending on the size of the screen: it will be a GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q for the 13 ″ model and a Quadro RTX 3000 Max-Q for the 15 ", accompanied by 8 and 16 GB of RAM respectively. As always, Microsoft gives many customization options by allowing the buyer to increase the counter up to 32 GB of RAM and to choose up to 2 TB of memory. addition will then fly well beyond 2,500 euros.
In view of its performance, the Surface Book 3 is aimed above all at image professionals. Powerful, the machine is able to easily run all image editing and video editing software.
In terms of autonomy, Microsoft promises 15.5 hours with the 13 "model and up to 17.5 hours for the 15" model.
Surface Go 2
The Surface Go 2 is aimed at a completely different audience with its entry price of 459 euros. Much smaller (but larger than its ancestor), with its 10.5 "screen, it has a choice of an m3 processor or a Pentium Gold 4425Y. It will be delivered by default with 4 GB of RAM but it is possible to opt for an 8 GB model. However, it only includes 128 GB of storage. A 4G option is also available.
The machine is aimed this time at the general public, and in particular at young people. Important note: it does not integrate the full version of Windows - it is therefore impossible to install software like Photoshop on it. Office is however part of the program.
Surface Headphones 2 and Surface Buds
Finally, we will also briefly discuss the new Surface Headphones 2 and Surface Buds, respectively a wireless headset and wireless headphones. The first targets the business class with an elegant and very efficient product (soundproofing, its lens and 20 hours of autonomy are on the program). The latter will try to compete with Apple's Airpods Pro. In terms of prices, it will take respectively 279.99 and 219.99 euros to acquire them.
