Last year the all-electric MG ZS EV, a fairly generous B-segment SUV, was launched in several European countries.
This time, the brand - which produces its vehicles in China - unveils the images of its plug-in hybrid SUV: the HS.
It belongs to the upper C segment and is therefore more generous than the ZS: 4.57 m long compared to 4.31 m for the ZS EV.

51 km and a very attractive price
Even if the official presentation is only scheduled for the end of 2020, with marketing in Europe in the first quarter of 2021, it is already possible to read its technical sheet on the English site of MG.
We see that the rechargeable hybrid HS will combine a 1.5 turbo petrol with an electric motor, capable of delivering 122hp on its own over 51 km.
The combined power is 258 hp.
As in any plug-in hybrid, the powertrain is married to an automatic transmission, here with 10 reports!

Across the Channel, the prices of the two finishes are already available and they are very competitive: 29,995 and 32,495 pounds, or around 32,500 and 35,300 €.
