The competition was canceled on the first day due to bad weather and was shortened to 54 holes for 3 days.



43-year-old Pagunsan, who started the final round from the top, went around with 6 birdies and 2 bogies, increased his score by 4 and achieved a total of 17 unders, winning his first Japan tour.



Ryutaro Nagano came in second with a three-stroke difference, and along with Pagunsan, won the right to participate in the British Open Championship in July.



In addition, two 48-year-old veterans, Katsumasa Miyamoto and Ryuichi Oiwa, came in third with a two-stroke difference.
