Medical digitalization: The best experience for respondents is to make an online appointment, register and cancel the number

67.7% of the interviewees are troubled by the fact that the registration only takes place on the day, and the registration must be re-registered depending on the result

There is no need to carry a physical medical insurance card, check the results online at any time, and see a doctor at an appointment time...In the digital age, many changes have taken place in hospitals.

Recently, the Social Survey Center of China Youth Daily conducted a survey of 1519 respondents through the questionnaire network (wenjuan.com), which showed that 94.5% of the respondents felt that these changes made medical treatment more convenient and faster.

Among the respondents who participated in this survey, 91.1% had visited the hospital by themselves or with family and friends in the past year.

The best experience for interviewees is to make an online appointment to cancel the number

Song Shuying, a post-90s graduate in Nanjing, now chooses to make an appointment online when going to the hospital.

She observed that many hospitals have also launched appointment registration services.

She feels that medical treatment in the digital age is “it is indeed much more convenient. You can see what departments are available at a glance, and you don’t need to queue up.”

In Song Shuying's view, the best experience is to make an appointment online, "It saves a lot of time and doesn't have to go back and forth."

In addition, the inspection results can be checked online.

"For example, the nucleic acid test I did this year can be found directly on Alipay."

Post-70s Tao Juan (pseudonym) currently runs a small restaurant in a town in Jiangsu.

She feels that in the digital age, the most convenient way to go to the hospital is to be able to register online. "You don't need to bring cash, just pay with your mobile phone."

The survey found that with regard to the various changes in the way of seeking medical treatment in recent years, 76.7% of the respondents felt that the best experience was to make an online appointment and cancel the number. 64.5% of the respondents felt that it was possible to use an electronic health insurance card, 59.1% Respondents thought it was an online query of inspection results.

In the survey, 45.8% of the respondents felt that the best experience is that the waiting period is accurate to the hour.

Chen Fang (pseudonym) born in the 1970s often accompanies the elderly at home to the hospital for treatment. What she feels most is the change in the waiting time for treatment.

Chen Fang recalled that when he used to go to a big hospital, he would often go out early and wait in the hospital.

When I go to the hospital, I'm almost gone in the morning or afternoon, which is exhausting.

Now, after registering the number online, you will immediately receive a text message notification, telling you which number is the day you are hanging up, and the consultation time is accurate to half an hour, and you can arrive at the hospital half an hour in advance.

Moreover, Chen Fang found that because the time for everyone to see the doctor has been broken down into different time periods in advance, there are not many people waiting in the hospital, and they can see it quickly, and the experience has indeed improved a lot.

"It used to feel that going to the hospital was a big project. Now if there is no need for any checkups, it can definitely be done in an hour or two."

24.5% of the respondents believe that the best experience is that the medicine can be delivered home, 25.2% of the respondents feel that it is an online follow-up consultation, and 20.1% of the respondents feel that it is a remote consultation.

Recently, Sun Lin (pseudonym), who works in Tongzhou District, Beijing, will go to a traditional Chinese medicine hospital outside the West Second Ring Road of Beijing to see Chinese medicine regularly because of physical discomfort.

It turns out that he thinks that the most troublesome part of seeing a Chinese doctor to prescribe decoctions is the long waiting time for the medicine.

If you see a doctor late that day, you have to come back the next day to get your medicine, and you will need two days to see a doctor.

But this time, his experience was very good: as long as he handed in the prescription prescribed by the doctor to the delivery office, and took the medicine collection form from the delivery office to go through the courier formalities, the medicine would be delivered to the home on time the next day. .

"This change is really very user-friendly. For me, it has reduced the waiting for several hours at least, and avoided a trip across the city from Dadongtou. There are particularly many patients outside the Chinese Medicine Hospital, so you can express the medicine directly. Home is very good".

The registration only troubled 67.7% of the respondents on the day

Although the digital age has brought much convenience to medical treatment, due to the shortage and uneven distribution of medical resources, there are still problems in some aspects that it is difficult to see a doctor.

Not long ago, Jining First People's Hospital launched the outpatient "one-time full-course diagnosis and treatment convenience service": when patients re-examine with inspection results, they do not need to register twice in the same hospital area and the same department within 3 days (including the day of medical treatment).

Once this initiative was launched, it was immediately welcomed by the majority of patients.

The survey also showed that the registration is only the same day, and the results of the check-up have to be registered again, which troubles 67.7% of the respondents.

Chen Fang is often troubled by this problem.

Finally, I got to the doctor I wanted to see and ordered a series of tests to be done. After all the results of these tests came out, a few days passed. If I still want to see the doctor who prescribed the test at that time, I can only re-register, but a good doctor The source is always tense and difficult to hang up.

After so many times, Chen Fang came up with a little experience. If he probably knows what kind of examination the doctor is going to order, he should register a common number and do all the examinations before going to the doctor he likes.

But if the doctor I met before did not fully consider the items that need to be checked, this trick won't work.

In the survey, 62.5% of the interviewees felt that it was hard to find a good doctor, 40.5% of the interviewees felt that the medical guidance for the elderly was not enough, and 39.7% of the interviewees felt that it was still difficult to see a doctor at night.

Ni Weisheng (a pseudonym), born in 1958, lives in a third-tier city in China. He goes to the hospital to see a doctor, and more often chooses to go directly to the queue for registration.

In his opinion, although digital medical treatment has brought a lot of convenience, it is still not convenient for him.

"My daughter will help me make an appointment online when she is here, I don't know how to do it myself."

When it comes to specific operational difficulties, Ni Weisheng feels that one is that his eyes are not so good when he is old, and the characters on his mobile phone are not clear, and the other is that there are many procedures, including which department should be linked to, and he is not sure about it.

"I went to the hospital to register, and if I couldn't, I asked the doctor at the window. On the Internet, if I didn't, I couldn't find anyone to ask."

He hopes to provide some help to older people like them. Don't let the scan code fill in the information at every turn. It's very helpless.

Song Shuying said that she sometimes finds it inconvenient to seek medical treatment online, mainly because there is no medical guidance and she doesn't know what department to call.

Secondly, there are too many advertisements on some registered platforms, no real channels can be found, and the experience is very poor.

In her opinion, since we have to register online, we should make the registration platform "more friendly to the elderly."

Among the respondents who participated in this survey, the post-90s accounted for 43.7%, the post-80s accounted for 37.5%, and the post-00s accounted for 10.8%.
