　　Mao Bingsheng, male, Han nationality, born in August 1976, from Zhanjiang, Guangdong, with a doctoral degree, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1995, and started working in July 1999.

　　From July 1999 to December 2016, successively worked in the Guangzhou Branch of the People's Bank of China, the Supervision Office of the Disciplinary Committee of the Guangdong Banking Regulatory Bureau, the Huizhou Banking Regulatory Bureau, the Supervision Office of Rural Small and Medium-sized Financial Institutions of the Guangdong Banking Regulatory Bureau, and the Off-site Supervision Office of Corporate Banks.
