His Highness stressed that the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, were the basis for the success achieved in facing the pandemic, and the return of life to normal in Dubai during a record period, overcoming a major global crisis that burdened the world, with complete confidence.
