A man has been sentenced to prison for breaking the brake fluid line by going under the car of his wife's husband.

On the 21st, Judge Kim Bae-hyun, who was charged with damage to special property, was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison and arrested in court.

According to the verdict, Mr. A went under the car of Mrs. B's wife in a parking lot in Nam-gu, Pohang at around 2 am on April 17, and cut the brake oil line with a cutter knife.

Judge Kim explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The crime proceeded carefully and the victim could be in great danger due to a car accident, and there was no agreement with the victim."

He said, "The victim is pleading for the defendant's severe punishment and comprehensively considered the motive of the crime, personal relationships (internal relationship), and the circumstances after the crime."

Mr. A appealed for leniency, claiming that no actual damage was caused by cutting the brake fluid line and that it was an accidental crime and had no criminal record, but was not accepted.
