Lu Jianxin, male, Han nationality, born in November 1960, from Wuxiang, Shanxi, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in April 1986, and started work in December 1978.
From December 1978 to May 1992, successively worked in Wuxiang County Hardware Factory, Wuxiang County Xinhua Bookstore, and Jinzhong Xinhua Bookstore;
From May 1992 to December 2001, he served as the Personnel Section Chief and Deputy Manager of Shanxi Xinhua Bookstore;
