The English club Liverpool announced that the team has so far scored 9999 goals in its history in various local and European competitions.

Liverpool posed a question to its fans on its official Twitter page, "Who will be the owner of the 10,000th goal?"

We have scored 9,999 goals so far, who do you think will be the winner of the 10,000th goal?

Most of the choices fell on the brilliant Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, especially after he reached the 100th goal with the Reds, and entered the list of historic giants of Liverpool's scorer.

Always present at all appointments, the Egyptian king never stops recording, regardless of the opponent ... 🔥

Enjoy @MoSalah's 100 goals with the Reds!

The other expectations of the fans were divided between Senegalese star Sadio Mane, and, to a lesser extent, the English captain Jordan Henderson.

All eyes will turn to Anfield on Tuesday, when Liverpool faces Danish club Metjeland in the second round of the Champions League, to see who will score his name by scoring the 10,000th goal with Liverpool.

After Salah reached 100 goals with Liverpool, I know how many goals Mohamed Salah scored in his history and his excellent numbers with Liverpool and the secret of his club’s love for him and the number of Salah's assistants so far (a very excellent number) in a short video https://t.co/RKzxJ4Gc84 pic.twitter.com / FSfSJWr2OQ
