こうした中、国土交通省の有識者会議は、ことし4月、大井川の地下工事に伴い水の通り道となる別のトンネルを造って湧き水を川に戻すなどの対策をとれば、中下流域の水量は維持され、地下水への影響も極めて小さいという案を示していました。



今月18日には、大井川の流域にある9つの市や町のトップとJR東海の金子社長が会談。
