The president of Le Mans FC, Thierry Gomez, announced Tuesday that his club and Orleans, relegated to National after the refusal of the FFF from a League 2 to 22, were going to file appeals. "I think we will appeal to the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) and the Council of State and I think that tomorrow (Wednesday), it will be done," said Thierry Gomez at a conference press, stating that the Orleans club was associated with the process.

The two appeals will be filed in parallel: "We have a few arguments but we leave priority to the Committee and the Council," he added. However, President Le Mans hammered that the club was now in National: “We are part of the collateral damage of the virus (…). You have to accept it (…). It's going to be a complicated, tough championship, we will have to prepare for it ”.

"If in 15 days, a month, we are drafted, don't worry, we will be able to adapt. But today, we are in National and it is necessary that all the players who come to us or who wish to stay or sign with us, it is necessary that in the spirit, they commit to live a championship in National ", has he insisted.

He was speaking at the press conference to present the new coach, Didier Ollé-Nicolle, who will be responsible for getting back to Ligue 2 in the first season.
